What is Design Fusions?

Design Fusions are the complete web design and development solution. We differ from the traditional web design studio as our prices and services are displayed on our website. This means that you don’t have to go through lots of meetings and negotiations before you get a quote‚ we just give you the price there and then.

Hiring Web Designers and Developers to create a website can also cost several times more and often takes a lot more time than we do. We simply agree a price and then get cracking on the design and build and then hand over the finished product.

What is included in the price of CMS implementation?

Only default functionality is included. If you require the installation of any plugins‚ or extra coding‚ we will let you know after investigating your designs and spec. If the scope of work goes beyond the default functionality we will provide you with a quote and payment link for extra coding in case you decide on it.

Mac vs PC?

We test the code on both PCs and Macs – no need to choose only one.

Which browsers do you support?

Our markup is compatible with the following platforms:

  • Internet Explorer 7
  • Mozilla Firefox 2/3
  • Safari 2/3

We can ensure that the markup is displayed correctly in older browsers‚ if needed. Please ask us to do so in the comments section of your order in this case.

Do you offer sIFR implementation?

Sure. You can check sIFR Implementation checkbox on our Order Page‚ to add this to your order. If you have a particular font in mind please send us a copy of the font files.

Please note that we only use sIFR for single line headings and we don not use sIFR for navigation nor for paragraphs.

What about accessibility?

Our Business Pro package has all types of accessibility features:

  • WCAG – part of a series of Web accessibility guidelines published by the W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative.
  • Section 508 a set of accessibility requirements by United States government.
  • DDA – accessibility requirements for the blind or otherwise disabled users by United Kingdom and Australia

Do I have to pay upfront?

We do only accept upfront payments. However‚ If you’re unsure about the total price of the project you do not have to complete the payment step. In this case we will look through your requirements and will send you the payment link via email.

Of course not. We have a very strict Non–Disclosure Agreement policy‚ which is always followed. If you prefer we can even sign a Non–Disclosure Agreement and send it to you.

How can I explain what I want exactly?

You don’t need any technical skills to give us the idea of your future site. Our professional and experienced managers will give you all the assistance and advice that you may need.

How do I get a quote?

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is 4 weeks but if you aren’t in a rush then you can extent the turnaround time by up to 6 weeks and we will give you a discount.

Please note that the delivery date may change depending on unforseen complications and changes in specification

What about if I want changes?

Each customer is given a maximum of three rounds of changes which can be made. After this point any time spent is billable. Major changes in the design and original specification may also be billable.

As well as user–testing‚ the site will be fully tested to check for possible usability problems. Every form‚ every link and every process will be checked.
